Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for any teas. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

 

Refunds
Refunds are prohibited as all sales are final!

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

• Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

• Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).

• The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.

• Deliveries outside of Canada may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that we do not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

• If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. 

• Should your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Service team will be in contact with an update within 24-48 hours. Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time of year.

• Please note we only ship to Europe, North America, South America and the Caribbean. 

• Tracking will be an extra fee and we are not responsible for any stolen, lost, and or misplaced packages. However if proof is given, accommodations can be made through contacting our customer service team in the "contact us" section. ​
